Most recently, I led McDonald's to become WARC’s most creatively effective brand globally for five consecutive years. By putting brand and creativity at the center of the global growth agenda, I united a siloed international community around a culture of excellence—shifting the needle from an over-reliance on short-term promotions to record-breaking, sustainable, brand-led growth.
Today, through the Creative Conservancy, I leverage this proven approach, honed over decades of cross-category experience, to help other brands bridge the gap between creative marketing excellence and commercial effectiveness.
